This blog is dedicated to you. I know how you love to read the blogs about food and the such as and you really admire those who write such blogs. Well, I really want you to like me and to think that I too am awesome. So, here is my latest recipe:
Ingredients:
1 mozzarella cheese stick
6 slices large pepperoni
6 slices of chorizo
Directions:
Layer your pepperonis two, side by side, then the next layer is two chorizo, then two more pepperoni, then two more chorizo slices under that....
Unwrap cheese and lay at top of woven meats.
Roll it up "bee"-och.
Place on hot panini press. Close.
After lovely marks have seared into your meaty meats, roll to add pretty marks so they go all the way around all fancy like.
Remove.
Roll up in paper towel to remove excess grease. This makes it a "skinny" meaty cheese stick! Wow!
Enjoy. Savor. Very delicious.
Pair with a glass of ice cold skim milk.
